GoogleGreat service and LOVED the fact that they have a dedicated liaison person between the buyer, vendor and solicitors. In our case it was Nicole Snape who was totally professional, efficient, diplomatic and capable in dealing with difficult requests and helping to move the process along. Top marks also for Laura Langhorn and her team of sales negotiators, always friendly, efficient and knowledgable in what is currently a very tricky market.

FacebookAbsolutely awful - do not make the mistake of renting via this agent! The 5 star reviews are fake (multiple reviews from the same 'people', many fake positive reviews immediately after any negative review etc.). Illegal clauses were incorporated into our contract and when challenged, the agents were incredibly defensive and rude. I honestly couldn't believe the way that they were speaking to their own customers! Ryan Morgan inparticular was extremely unprofessional and argumentative, regularly stating that he was fed up of going back and forth on email and that he wasn't going to bother responding to any future emails (obviously in an attempt to have everything agreed via call rather than email so there was no record of the conversations that had taken place). Ryan also made references to my workplace, stating that many other people who worked in my building had signed the contract therefore he couldn't understand why I wouldn't sign it. I found this very unprofessional and concerning from a data protection point of view. Ryan also put an undue amount of pressure on us to sign the contract within less than 12 hours which is absurd because the purpose of a contract is to ensure that both parties are in agreement with the terms and thus each party has the right to negotiate.

GoogleDexters Battersea has helped us for many years. They are efficient and helpful. Lauren Thayer is the best.

GoogleI'd like to express my gratitude to Lauren Thayer from Dexters Battersea. She is extremely helpful and patient to my questions (including silly ones, as I came from abroad). When my heater broke at the new years eve, she'd momentarily arranged a temporary solution until it was fixed. Thanks, Lauren!

GoogleBest real estate guys in London. Not only that they've helped us find the perfect place, but they've also assisted with all the paperwork, and during negotiations with the landlord. Thomas, Max, thank you guys, and keep up the good work!

FacebookWe’ve been deceived by Dexters in our rental contract! Further, they didn’t meet any of our conditions! Horrible estate agency with nobody taking responsibility! Never use their services
