Hi Richard - as per the email communication recently, I understand you are dissatisfied with the service received, hence the 1 star. De Villiers Commercial is actually a different business to De Villiers Chartered Surveyors who valued your residential properties. We only look at commercial properties and specialise in rent reviews and rates appeals etc. If you reply to my email I can get one of the Residential Directors from De Villiers Chartered Surveyors to contact you, discuss the issue and check your case.
