GoogleA professional estate agency with more experienced staff. As a Buyer, we never managed to complete with David Evans however Mark the manager was an extremely professional, thorough and honest in his approach. You can tell he has a lot of experience in Selling properties. Mark gave a very balanced approach and tried to mediate a sensible negotiation without the feeling of one sided approach. A sign of sales person with a lot of experience Should I ever consider selling a property in the area, I would choose these guys as agents.

GoogleIt was a pleasure having Mark from David Evans help us with the purchase of our new home. He was super easy to communicate with, and it helps that he’s just a great guy! We were always kept up to date with the progress of the purchase and he assisted us with the many questions we had. Mark has great local knowledge, which made us feel reassured that this was the home / area that would suit our family. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend their services.
