I have recently bought my gorgeous flat through Charlie and from the moment my offer was accepted through to the days after I moved in the service provided by Charlie was simply exceptional. He always responded immediately to texts and emails and did everything in his power to help ensure the purchase went through as swiftly and smoothly as possible. Charlie is open and honest and it was a pleasure buying my flat through him. Charlie was consistently helpful and supportive and helped minimise the stress by making the whole process feel like a team effort. Having spent almost a year trying to find and buy my flat I feel lucky to have finally found my dream home through CSG Property and to have had Charlie pilot the purchase through from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend Charlie and five stars are simply not enough!

Charlie puts other estate agents to shame, he has been nothing but great during the purchase of my first home. Despite acting for the seller, he has gone above and beyond at every stage and has guided me through the whole process from start to finish, has been incredibly communicative throughout and has ultimately helped me to buy my first home. I have recently moved to London for a new job in the city. I have searched high and low for a decent place to rent, iv tried all the chain estate agents and just found all the representatives very untrustworthy and false, I wanted somewhere liveable, clean and reasonably priced. Every agent I met just wanted ti throw me into any old dump with statements such as ‘this is London, you won’t find better for the price’, ‘for your budget this is the best you’ll get’ and I was really on the verge of just calling it quits and staying in Cambridge, then I stumbled across a CSG apartment as I was driving though Islington, location was perfect and it looked immaculate from the outside, I called up Charlie right away, within a hour he met me at the property showed me around, asked me what I wanted as if it wasn’t to my liking he would help me find the right place and it was just a godsend, he was unbelievably helpful and just made the whole process. Please if you are looking for that special place to rent use this company. You will not regret it. Just a follow up as you might be wondering, the flat I viewed in Islington was incredible, csg had completely renovated and made it special. So glad I found this place and a great agent.
