GoogleThe agency did not disclose full information regarding the flat prior to signing the lease. We ended up with a very expensive flat that now has external work going on for more than 3 months! We are unable to use our balcony and our flat while we have paid full rent in advance. Despite our complains we have yet to receive an apology or an acknowledgement of mistake or any kind of compensation. I wouldn’t recommend this agency for tenants or owners (if you care to have good tenants).
Dear Nada, We sincerely regret that you have been inconvenienced for the last three months of your tenancy but we can only pass on the information as and when received, any exterior works are managed by the building managing agents. We were advised about the commencement of these works for the repairs and redecoration of the exterior of the building on the 20th September and we wrote to you on the same day, from that point we can only monitor the information that we receive from the contractors, works of such nature and with bad weather can always take longer than planned. Landlords and Building managers can carry out authorised works so long as they are carried out during the permitted hours, this has no bearing on the internal use of the flats in the building for any lessees or tenants your apartment was and remains fully habitable during the works. Once again please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and we trust that the works will be finished soon.

GoogleMariam has been fantastic through the whole process. She was friendly, professional and efficient. While other agents from other companies refused to do any work before paying the deposit, Mariam was always helpful, passing on the queries and requests. It was a shame that we found other properties more suitable. We would love to rent a property from her in the future, highly recommended!
