GoogleDealing with Nick and the team is always a pleasure! Having dealt with them for around 10yrs on multiple properties, I have always found they are a font of knowledge and ready to help when needed. Thanks for all of your help in 2025. Looking forward to 2026!!!

GoogleI have dealt with Nick Cound and the team on a number of properties both selling and renting for over 25 years. They are very friendly and efficient, but most importantly your won’t find a more experienced bunch.

GoogleWARNING DO NOT USE COUND Wandsworth. We have been on both ends of them renting on our behalf where they could not rent out the Tonsleys cottage at market rate in the busiest rental market ever in London. They are never around to take calls and the office is mostly closed. We did some test calls and they were never returned. We've also had the unfortunate circumstance of being lied to throughout closing a tenancy which has cost us thousands of pounds as we tried to buy a family home with a new born. They can not be trusted so if your a tenant avoid at all costs. BE WARNED!

Jonathan, You have only ever been a tenant of our clients, we have never acted for you. As Agents we are beholden to pass on clients instructions as received. We cannot be held responsible for our clients perfectly legal decisions. We have never lied to you or anyone else.

GoogleI’ve had an amazing experience with Cound so far especially with our letting agent Deborah who was able to help me out within 20/30 mins after I had locked myself out. I was certain I would have had to pay for a locksmith as it was on a bank holiday Monday but Deborah was happy and willing to help!

GoogleAs a landlord we used cound to let our property, they are slow to pass on rent to us and very slow to reply to emails, even though we are trying to dismiss them, but they keep telling tenant to pay rent through them for the tenants own security ??!! Last month the rent wasn't paid as their accounts were frozen due to fraudulent activity(allegedly). We are not using Cound to manage property they just collect rent and take their cut. Avoid if you are thinking of of letting through them

Hi Zak, As explained at the time Cound were unaware that cladding work was scheduled for the block. When we found out about the issue you did have a legally binding contract with our client. As you and they were the signatories it was not in our gift to remove that liability. However in the circumstances we did mange to convince our client to abandon the contract (without cost to you) and we did relet it for them at no extra cost.

GoogleSadly forgot the name of the lady with blonde hair who tool me for viewings in her audio but had a fantastic attitude and knew her stuff and was able to answer and ll my questions which was refreshing and a relief and showed as professional. Can honestly recommend this place.
