It is known that buying a flat especially when it’s your first home can be very stressful. Mr Harty was supportive and understanding, responding very quickly even on weekends and bank holidays to all my questions, delivering a very high quality and personalised service. I’m really grateful for all his help and support. I’d choose the agency and Mr Harty again if I ever wanted to buy another house.

I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a commercial unit and the handling of my enquiry has been completely unacceptable. • First call: Details taken, email provided, told the landlord would be contacted, then silence. • Second & third calls: No answer, went to voicemail, messages left with no response. • Fourth call: Received a call back four hours later, told “we’ve got your enquiry and someone will call you to arrange a viewing”, nobody ever did. I have completed over five commercial lease transactions and can confidently say this has been the worst experience I’ve had with an agency. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to follow up on a simple viewing request is astonishing. If you cannot handle enquiries properly, adverts should be passed to a company that can. As a landlord myself, I would be appalled if my property was being marketed this way and genuine prospective tenants were ignored.
