GoogleCONTRACTORS BEWARE I was contacted by Copperstones and asked to attend one of their properties for a blocked toilet, completed the job and invoiced for a small call out fee and a slight charge for parking (all cost’s agreed beforehand) As always when working with a new company i asked about their payment process, which i followed and was told it would take up to three weeks for the invoice to be settled Three weeks passed and unfortunately no payment, chased the person i delt with via WhatsApp and phone calls… no reply, sent emails asking for updates… no reply, got the number for the office, spoke to someone there and was told it would be chased and they would be in touch… no reply, I followed up with additional phone calls and was told the same thing but still no reply Its quite frustrating that companies can just get away with this but people that have been in this situation know there is not much you can do and isn't worth your time for small amounts of money so i will just have to cut my looses

GoogleI had the worst possible experience with them. Paid £575 as a holding deposit for a flat, after which they said that they wanted me to pay for a year upfront. When I said no, they told me they would give me back my deposit at the end of the month. The deposit refund is now a month overdue, the owner is piece of work who can’t even refund £575, I guess business must not be doing so well to hang to such a small amount of money!! Indians are horrible to do business with, take note folks!!
