Hani Madanat (the owner and MD) knows the area inside out, does an excellent job with the description and professional photographing of the property, has a keen eye for valuation and distinguishing features, a top live client register (sold my house through private viewings only, without having to go on the web). Hani moreover is blessed with a warm and astute emotional intelligence, helps you get over not only what is a stressful process in itself but also how to navigate all the hurdles, delays and blocages which are bound to come up with solicitors, local authorities, insurers, bankers and so on. A first class agent because he goes well beyond the call of duty in carrying out and closing transactions.
I only have praise for this uncommon real estate agency and its owner.
