The team at Compton Reeback handled our sale brilliantly from start to finish. In a tough market they continued to work hard at getting more viewings and encouraging interest. Mark W in particular was steadfast in his commitment, clear in his advice and always consistent. He understood the local market and exposed the inconsistenices and occasionally misleading statements from other Estate Agents. He also calmly managed the interface with the buyer and their solicitor and helped us negotiate our way through the process to a successful sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending this team.

Julian and his colleagues were a pleasure to deal with. He showed me the flat I ended up purchasing before it had even gone on the market so I was able to make an offer which was accepted and I did not have to compete with other bidders. The seller was happy with this. Julian replied to all of my many emails immediately and always answered all calls I made. He also let me do a viewing of the flat at short notice. I would highly recommend him as a estate agent.

Mark provided a genuinely helpful and friendly service from the very outset, and right to the end of what ended up (for reasons beyond anyone's control) being a longer than usual sale process. He went above and beyond what I could have reasonably expected him to have done time after time. And when Mark went on holiday for a week, Julian picked it up seamlessly and kept things moving along. Great service all round, very happy, I would happily to recommend to anyone.

Compton Reeback managed the let of my Maida Vale flat faultlessly for over a decade while I was abroad so I had no hesitation about selling through them. Mark was excellent; dogged in showing the property, perceptive about the state of the market and tenacious as well as level-headed when difficulties raised by the buyer threatened to scupper the sale. Right down to the wire he was always ready to find solutions to keep everything moving to a successful conclusion.

We recently moved into a flat managed by Compton Reeback. Throughout the renting process the Compton Reeback team and in particular Shaheen were very helpful, assistive and highly professional. Even though it was our first experience with renting a private property in the UK, all of our questions were answered and dealt with very effectively. It should also be mentioned that signing contracts and gathering the required paperwork was done online, in a very convenient manner. My wife and I had just returned from a five year stint in Manhattan and we were homeless! A ship with all of our possessions had set sail from the Americas and we had nowhere to direct its content. The stress levels where stratospheric. In stepped Shaheen and Compton Reeback. Calm and reassuringly knowledgable, she guided us to a number of properties that suited our needs perfectly. We settled on one very quickly and, once again, Shaheen was on hand every step of the way during the laborious lease process (one made more complex by our repatriation). Against a back drop of agents that can, at best, be described as Vin Ordinaire, Compton Reeback and, in particular, Shaheen are Premier Cru.

I have with dealt with CR both as a prospecting owner and as a tenant. Have met with the owners a few times and have worked with Mark and Shaheen for a flat purchase and as a tenant. The whole team has dealt with us with professionalism and integrity throughout our search and tenancy. It is probably the only estate agent I fully trust and would recommend anyone who whishes to buy in the area to go to them. As a tenant they were really quick to respond and very accommodating. By far the best experience I had in that industry.

I dealt with Glen Turner at Compton Reeback when purchasing a property. To echo another reviewer (although this is my own review !), I would highly recommend Glen as someone to deal with in relation to a property transaction. He was unfailingly, professional; that is to say efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and had excellent communication skills. He helped the transaction along very efficiently by promptly passing on messages between seller and buyer and making his own constructive suggestions on the way.
