When our landlord WeWork lost their lease at 1 Poultry, Jon was the most proactive agent we came across by far and he made the competition seem amateurish by comparison. He made contact quickly and was able to provide us an excellent short list of options that suited our needs. As it transpired we were able to find another WeWork building that suited our needs best so we haven’t got any experience of negotiating a building with Jon but the next time we look to move we will be sure to engage with him.

Jon was fantastic in helping us sort out our office needs. We sent over a few requirements and he came back with a plethora of options that fit our requirements. For our shortlist, he arranged a tour of the places and joined us on the tour. He pointed out important differences between each place and helped us negotiate / sign the office space that we ultimately decided on. Would 100% work with him again. The difference between working with him and going at it ourselves (which we did last time) was night and day.

Drawn in by high valuation and low fees! Details were full of typos and inaccuracies and went live with no proof or sense check. We weren't even notified it had gone live. One phone call from them after week 1, and then nothing! No calls, no suggestions and no viewings, no marketing refresh. Every other price reduction, correction and photo adjustment came from us. We put them on notice and left as soon as the 16 weeks were up. A complete waste of 16 weeks. Find an agent that will work for their fees.
