GoogleGood Evening. We used the services during a business trip combined with a weekend in London. Our guardian was Aki, who took care of our comfort and he definitely succeeded. City Relay impresses with its ease and speed of contact. You don't even have to wait a minute for a response, which is rather unique. especially when we had urgent topics. We will definitely return to City Relay on our next trip to London

CityRelay have been managing my flat for the past four years. I have had experience with a number of agents in London and after having tried and interviewed most of them, I can say City Relay is definitely the best. The take great pride in having the apartment always ready to a professional standard, with thorough cleaning and maintenance. They also manage the guest and host communication very well. Guests can now rely on their standards to book directly with them as they have a distinguished service standard. I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in a London flat managed by City Relay. They were courteous and professional in answering my questions and requests prior to my stay. They delivered an air mattress and timely resolved the water heater that was not turned and a smoke detector that was not installed upon our arrival. They were easily available by phone to answer questions about appliances and check out. Our rental had keyless entry, we only had to take out the rubbish.

TrustpilotMy experience with City Relay has been excellent - their customer service is first class.
My experience with City Relay has been excellent. Their communication is of the highest level which makes it easy to resolve any problems. I would particularly like to mention Nikoleta and Iana who go above and beyond to support me as host. They are always very quick to reply and even arranged to send a bag that I had left in the apartment to a friend who was joining me on holiday. Definitely not part of the service but this is why I would highly recommend working with them.

City Relay managed the apartment we rented on Airbnb and were excellent. Laura always very prompt in responding to my messages and the apartment was immaculate. Akim was there to meet us and gave us a very thorough tour through the apartment and even helped us with our bags. Would recommend.

Very carefully renovated apartment near to two tube stations (Aldgate and Aldgate East). Very tidy with all necessary household stuff! Smooth check-in and good communication.Nice neighborhood in the midst of a vivid area. we are a family with one kid. he was sleeping well on the sofa in the second room. pay attention to the freshly painted walls, the dark green painting is fragile.But I come back the next time!

The apartament was well organised and structured, clean and perfect for our stay.It’s location was perfect and the price is ok.The check in process is good, but should be easier. During the days before my check in I was requested to fill in two different forms and one of them, twice because of service errors. In my opinion, travellers have expect to find out check in process as simple as in hotels.Thank you again for your assistance during my time in London.

I rented a flat hosted by City Relay via Airbnb and my experience was excellent. Very easy check in and check out, good communication and rapid response when I had a problem and they fixed it immediately. The description of the flat was accurate and the photographs faithful to what it was in reality. I would have added to the description the fact that the flat has no lift and is on the second floor. I didn’t mind that but it could affect other people.The flat was impeccably clean, spotless really. I loved the decoration, cozy but modern, and the attention to details. Super well equipped, we spent 12 days and I had everything I needed to cook, wash, etc. Maybe a microwave could have been useful.I would definitely rent another flat managed by City Relay in the future.
