City & Town Estates manages the property that we have been renting for the past 4 years, and we have been very happy with their service. Both Max and Vaida are very responsive, always helpful and efficient. Any problems with gas, electricity or water have always been dealt with immediately. We would highly recommend City & Town Estates. Max and Vaida, both have been very helpful, trustworthy and professional during our stay at one of their managed properties as well as during our end of tenancy process. We stayed at one of their managed property for more than a year and they looked after us very well and attended to every issue (small or big) in a timely and professional manner. They even arranged end of tenancy clean for us (given that we were under a time constraint due to our travel plans).
