GoogleCriminals! Lied about a phlethora of things when it came time to pay my deposit back, I had to approach the ombudsman to sort it out. I've also been left with a 690 pounds water bill because this scumbag landlord which also owns the agency tells his tenants that water is included in the rental only for the tenant to find out it's actually not later on. Owner is an absolute conman, he lives on the 3rd and 4th floor at 11 Parkway, Camden Town, NW1 7PG, above the Vegan Cafe and scams out the cafe and 1st and 2nd floor flat tenants.

GoogleChristo & Co are nothing short of a bunch of crooks. They are unprofessional, avoid problems and issues regarding their properties leaving tenants frustrated and in a lot of distress.
Christo & Co were responsible for building an entire flat on top of an existing mansion block in West Hampstead back in 2012/13. They instructed second rate builders who made a complete mess of the project which has resulted in immense external damage including leaks to both the new property, existing flats and roof damage.
They do not take responsibility for ANYTHING and try to pass blame on to others. They are a disgrace to themselves and deserve to be shamed in the public arena.
(The only reason they get one star is because I'm unable to post this unless I rate).
