Christies have recently completed the sale of my dental practice. The procedure had many hitches along the way, none of which were Christie's fault. They remained calm, professional and reassuring throughout. Kevin kept me well informed and was excellent at liaising with both the buyer and the solicitors. Chris kept the bank informed throughout the process and has provided an excellent and comprehensive valuation report which has helped the bank support a client in their acquisition and growth plans. Would always use Christies when selling a business.

As a high profile business, we were looking for a sale confidentially, and we were confident that Christies has a large enough database of potential buyers that it could be achieved. The leasehold for the Queens Hotel was marketed at £400,000 and Tom O’Malley from Christies was quick to present interested parties, both local buyers and national groups. The end result meant we achieved a price of £350,000 and the sale itself was smooth and hassle-free.

Really pleased with Jassi and the way he facilitated everything. He was very responsive throughout, responded on weekends and genuinely committed to making sure everything progressed smoothly. I would definitely use him again. The only negative part of the experience was with Christies Finance, who we initially started with as part of the wider group. Despite sounding very confident about being able to arrange the finance, the reality was very disappointing. The APRs being offered were more comparable to credit cards, along with upfront fees simply for securing an offer. In the end, they were unable to provide anything close to the competitive funding we had expected.
