We recently purchased a flat where the seller was represented by Chatterton Rees/Harry Woolford. There were a few issues that arose during the sale process and Harry (and his colleagues) were proactive in: discussing these issues with the seller located outside the UK, getting answers to questions from building management and the sellers solicitor, and facilitating the transaction to a successful conclusion. We would highly recommend Harry and his team based on our positive experience.

I worked with both Harrys on the sale of my flat in central London. Their approach, and positivity was a breath of fresh air compared to two other agents (big household agencies) I spoke to that were doom & gloom. Harry did the appraisal, took pictures, made a brochure and secured me the full asking price without even putting on the property on the websites. I live abroad, and Harry provided constant feedback and updates at all times. I honestly cant recommend Chatterton Rees enough. Thank you.

We had a excellent experience working with Chatterton Rees who were the estate agents for the sellers of the home we just purchased. Jacob was incredibly helpful in answering questions and handling issues immediately. He made sure that our purchase went through quickly and smoothly and made communication with the sellers easy and efficient. I was very appreciative that I could (and did!) call him at any time throughout our purchase and he would address our concerns and get right back to me without having to be chased. We sold our flat and bought a house, both in Clapham - through Chatterton Rees - and received genuinely five star service from start to finish. We (like everyone else, it seems) have had some fairly negative experiences with estate agents in the past but Ed Bezzant is not like other estate agents. We got the feeling Ed could have made a solid career in any industry but is so genuinely passionate about property that he's in the perfect role here. With the sale, he found us ideal buyers - and fast. With the purchase, he helped us navigate a fairly long and tricky process and was totally invested in seeing us through to completion. Not only is he a really nice guy, but he's also a totally committed professional and is available 24/7 to get the job done. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received and would recommend Chatterton Rees to anyone looking for an honest and professional estate agency service!

What a great place! From the moment we walked in i felt that these were the right people for us. Not pushy, as some estate agents can be, they just 'cared' about us and what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and they spent ages going through our requirements and making some great suggestions.
