The Trusted AgentPersonable and Eager to Please Tenants
We had a fantastic experience renting a flat with Catherine at Chanin Estates. She bent over backwards to help us move into our flat which we love. She manages the property and is responsive with every issue. In my 15 year history of renting this is the best landlord-tenant relationship I have ever had. I would recommend Chanin Estates to anyone.

The Trusted AgentChanin Estates made our lives easy as first time renters
From the onset our experience with Chanin Estates was friendly and professional. Both the managing director and a letting agent attended our viewing and answered all the questions we had about the property. Throughout the application process they were very helpful and responded to emails and calls promptly. Overall this has been a very pleasant experience and I would definitely find a property through Chanin Estates again..

The Trusted AgentIncredible Service - above and beyond expectations
They went above and beyond what you would expect from an agent and were extremely friendly and personal and very easy to deal with. They were incredibly trustworthy too, something I have never been able to say about another estate agent. Highly recommended
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.

The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
