FacebookWe have recently purchased a property advertised by Kalpesh and we are immensely pleased with his service. Most of the high street agents I have encountered are way too pretentious - they oversell the property and uses too much sales technique during the sale. In comparison, Kalpesh is very sincere and straightforward, making the negotiation process so much easier. Communication between Kalpesh is fantastic as well. He responds almost instantly and I never have to wait for a day to get anything done on his side. We were also having problem securing a mortgage due to poor communication and responsiveness of our mortgage broker, but Kalpesh then recommended AddWealth who got our mortgage secured quickly as well. We will never think twice before engaging his service again if needed in the future

Agent responds to our queries promptly and resolves tenants' issues quickly..so that we ( the landlords ) don't have to spend time unnecessarily on addressing them ourselves! GoogleWell decorated and maintained property. The landlord has a modern communication system that allows reporting of problems online, that are then fixed quickly. The landlord listens to the tenants needs and is very friendly and helpful.

FacebookAs tenants with changingproperty for 3 years we've been impressed at the level of service provided by Kalpesh through each step of the processs, where he's always delivered as promised. Whenever we've had a query we've always been responded to quickly and his professional and personal attitude shines through. You can tell he's passionate about the business and cares about maintaining relationships with both us as tenants and the landlord to ensure that everyone is satisfied. We've definitely been made to feel like valued customers rather than just another number in a system like we've experienced with some other agencies previously.
