GoogleAvoid this agency at all costs: they are unqualified, inept, slow, unprepared to manage properties or take over tenants. If you a landlord go with another agency as you will lose rental days. They will come up with a lot of excuses and lies when trying to cover their own mistakes.
Stay away and choose professional and prepared agencies.

All applications we handle are subject to referencing and final approval by the landlord. In this instance, the landlord made the decision not to proceed, which was communicated promptly, and the holding deposit was returned in full.
