Joe was very helpful and had our interest at heart. My first 5* review above was a "honeymoon" impression. As we progressed with the purchase, next 4 weeks became a draining rollercoster experience and we lost the house in the end. Vendor changed the Central after 3 months, and a new agent sold the house in under 3 weeks! Whilst being a nice person, Joe have failed as an agent, lack of experience and professionalism left both seller and buyer deeply dissapointed. Agency director Neil have failed to recognise the issue to support us. I would not recommend Joe and Central for your property needs.

Terrible customer service, especially after they take your money. They are rude, they lie they discriminate and not helpful at all. Also they use the worst landlords and DPS to “protect” your deposit, money you will probably not see again because they all work together against the tenant (you can check the DPS reviews everywhere, everyone is complaining). The only way you will get your deposit money back is if you take them to court. I do not recommend, they are the absolute worst.

Left an elderly woman with no hot water, constantly avoided making basic repairs, forced an unaffordable rent increase and is now evicting an elderly woman from her home. No estate agent is going to protect you as a renter, certainly not Central.

Did a great job selling my family home. Listed very quickly, competitive commission, sold quickly, kept me updated and we got it through quickly. They were the most enthusiastic of the local higher-end estate agents I had over and the only ones to follow up after the valuation so I saw that as a sign. You want your agent chasing up leads quickly.
