As a sole trader I manage a number of properties in SW London and have employed Marcus and the Carter Rose Property Group to advertise, show and find tenants for my landlords. I have known Marcus for over 10 years and throughout this time he has consistently proved his professionalism, knowledge and thorough understanding of the property sector. He is honest and realistic in his advice and is always prepared to go the extra mile to find tenants. As such I have never had a letting void and landlords have always been extremely pleased with the tenants provided. In conclusion, Carter Rose provides an outstanding customer service and I would unreservedly recommend Marcus to any future client. Robert Knight

They told me they had arranged a viewing but when I arrived the next day after spending an hour and a half only to be told that the phone call appointment didn't count and that I had taken time off work and spent three hours travelling back and forth only to get nothing
