Updated Review: After getting in contact with Jake, we have received quick email responses to any queries and really nice customer service. Harry was also really polite during the viewing. Hope the initial telephone problem irons out eventually. Old Review: Have tried calling them at least a dozen times but they are not picking up. Also tried emailing them to no avail. Went in person to their branch however only the lettings agent was available. Said they would raise a concern but still no callback.

I would recommend Calibre Estates to all my friends and family. From the initial meeting until final sale was faultless . Jake was very professional at all times, kept us upto date every step of the way, responsive to all my requests (and I did have a few 😂). My husband and I recently sold our one bed flat in Stratford through Jake at Calibre Estates and we are extremely happy with the service received. We had a very complex sale being tied into a shared ownership agreement, however Jake excelled where other agents had previously failed us. Jake was quick to take action, marketed our property perfectly on Rightmove, and arranged viewings for us without delay. He stayed proactive and professional throughout whilst still keeping the human touch, which was greatly appreciated with the challenges we faced. He did not shy away from any obstacles, and instead worked alongside us with the determined mentality that we would succeed, and we did! Quite simply, we couldn’t have done it without him! We will forever be grateful for his help and support in selling our first property.

Jake from Calibre sold three of our apartments in the local area (two in Stratford and one in Hackney), after two other agents had it on their books for some time. He was great (and consistent) in promoting the properties and kept us in the loop when we were chasing the others for information. We ditched to other two agencies and went solely with Jake who came through every time. He was an absolute Rockstar to deal with and I can't thank him enough for his efforts.
