C James & Co Tooting reviews in London

It is rare in London that you have an estate agent that will go the extra mile for both the seller and the buyer. Once our sale was agreed there was constant communication from Stuart and whenever a problem arose he was the most responsive person we were working with. Other people we would like to thank are Theresa and Charles. We had a lot of unique issues and still these issues were all resolved. Another rare feeling is that this was not all about quick sells and money to the team. It was about selling the property smoothly for the seller and finding the buyer a home. We bought this time and will be using Stuart and his team when the time comes to sell and move on. We have recommended him to all our friends.

My sister and I bought our first property together through Stuart and his team. I have to say it was a completely different experience to previously being messed around by other estate agents at the start of our property search. Straight forward and honest, both Stuart and Charles were always there to help. Stuart really helped push our purchase over the line and kept us updated throughout. Stuart was even at the end of the phone through tears and all! Can’t thank you enough now we’re happily in our first home!

We used C James & Co to sell our house in Tooting/Mitcham and were so glad we did. We had experience of other agents who were not able to sell our property and found out about Stuart, he found the right people and the offers started coming in. Stuarts knowledge of the industry and Tooting/Mitcham area are what eventually clinched the deal when things were turning south just before lockdown. We genuinely feel we would not have sold the property without Stuarts expertise and he was able to find a win win solution for both buyer and seller so everyone felt good about the end result. We thank Stuart for all his hard work and highly recommend him.

Our experience with C. James & Co was a very positive one. From start to finish Stuart went out of his way to help us. As we were buying our first property, Stuart helped talk us through each part step by step and I always felt confident that his advice was honest and had our best interest at heart. We are now the proud owners of our first flat in Tooting, all thanks to Stuart and the team. We couldn’t really be more impressed with the service. Andy & Alex

Had a great experience with all the team at C James & Co in Tooting, we were looking at renting pre and post lockdown and Charles, Stuart and Theresa were all so helpful, polite, professional and accommodating with our requests and went out of their way to help us with the lockdown situation, and even know we ended up going for a different property than the one they advertised, we would still highly recommend their services.PositiveProfessionalism

Really unprofessional over the phone. I was really keen/desperate on seeing/renting a property through them but I decided not to do deal with them as Stewart in Tootting was really rude on the phone. Impatient and unprofessional. No empathy. They are really inflexible when it comes to viewings. I work as an Estate Agent in a huge corporate Estate Agency and I can tell you that he deals with his applicants very poorly. Sheridan was nice.

During the past 15 years, I have rented a few properties from C James & Co, Tooting and Stuart and his team have always been very courteous, professional and helpful. Whenever there have been any maintenance issues they have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Stuart has always looked after me and my family and provided us with lovely family homes. I highly recommend C. James, Tooting you will not be disappointed!

Unprofessional and rude!!!! I made an enquiry about a sale property in WEST LONDON. I spoke to a person about a viewing on the property he just didn’t seem interested to arrange a viewing for me and asking whats my background. he was very rude whilst talking to me. i am looking for the house since last 2 months and honestly speaking I haven’t come across such a rude individual in my time!!

I sold my flat through C James and Co Tooting and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Stuart went out of his way to help and provided guidance throughout the process, even calling to congratulate me when the sale went through. Highly recommend!

I bought my first property after a voluntary repossession, through Stuart and his team. I was really nervous about it for obvious reasons. He and his team were thoughtful, kind and utterly professional. They were honest and straightforward with my purchase. I can't fault the service they offered and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Called and made some general enquiries on behalf of my daughter. I spoke to Stuart who was so helpful answering all my questions even though he knew we were not in a position to go ahead at the moment. Will definitely use them within the next month or so.

I cannot recommend C.James enough. Suartis so helpful. He sold a flat to my son 25 years ago and everything went so smoothly. I have also recommended him to a friend who said she was going to (shop around) but after meeting with Stuart and the advice and help he gave her she decided not to go anywhere else. I also am thinking of selling or renting my house and it will be through C.James as I know I can feel confident that all will run smoothly. 25 years of being a friend with Stewart is enough for me. Stuart at C James has looked after my rental flay in Tooting for 4 years now and the service I've received has always been excellent. He's always happy to help on the phone with any questions I might have and they've consistently found me good tenants so I've had no problems with rent, damages etc. I think being a smaller company they just offer better service than some of the big high street names so I'm happy to recommend them.

Stuart, Teresa and the C James and Co team are fantastic to work with. They are friendly, professional, and keep the process of purchasing smooth. They provide constant communication and updates, and are extremely helpful and reassuring. For first time buyers, we couldn't have asked for things to go better! They went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend their services to everybody!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
