I purchased a flat through Matt at Brompton Property and he was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. The transaction had a few complications (the property had a short lease, with an extension arranged as part of the deal), but Matt managed the process and kept everything moving until we reached completion. I later asked him to let another of my flats in North London. Within a couple of weeks of launching the property online he had organised more than 25 viewings, and terms were agreed shortly afterwards. Overall the service was highly professional and impressively efficient. I would happily recommend Matt and Brompton Property to anyone looking for a reliable, proactive and refreshingly straightforward agent.

Brompton property managers set an extremely high bar for letting agents. From start to finish, Matt was incredibly helpful, polite, and patient. It was my first time renting in the UK, and he kindly answered all my many questions. He made himself personally available for updates by text or call and personally introduced me to the landlord.
