GoogleLeona has been an amazing agents for me and sincerely she has been so helpful so far, especially during this harsh period of covid 19, where we were unable to view the property in person. She made me feel like a was physically there during the viewing and was always eager to help in the most polite way. I recommend Leona and Breteuil to anyone who is searching for a clean, neat and modern flat in London. Its been my pleasure so far with this agent. <3 :)

GoogleThe most professional letting agent in London! If you are like me and dread the thought of having to deal with letting agents in London promising you the world, being pushy sales people and calling you nonstop then save your time and energy and call David Z. at Breteuil (Chelsea). David is amazing at what he does, genuinely cares for his clients, puts extra thought into the property search and takes care of everything A-Z. We have rented two properties from him while living in London and couldn't be more grateful for his efforts, professionalism and patience.

GoogleI have been in the UK for 7 years, and Breteuil is the most amazing letting agent I've ever had. Mr.David Zavala is very professional, he always replies to emails or phone calls promptly, and we were able to find an ideal flat within few days with his help. All the paperwork were clear and well organised. There is no unstoppable phone calls or pushy sales with Breteuil. Highly recommend!

GoogleBreteuil sold my home in Paris within 4 days, and found me a new one in London exactly to my taste, precisely as they promised. They have a great network of buyers and the best portfolio of properties. I fully recommend David Zavala in London, and Vanessa Kula, who have just done the best job and given the best experience to me. Thank you

GoogleWe had a great experience working with Léa finding and renting a house in Chelsea. The communication was great, response time was fast, and she was very quick to get answers from the owner throughout the application process. It was definitely one of the smoother experiences we have had, we are very happy.

GoogleWe rented a 3 bedroom flat near Earl’s Court with the help of Léa and team. Unlike many other agents that we have sealed with, Léa was not pushy, very understanding of our requirements, responded always promptly, just a whole different level of service. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Léa and I would recommend her anytime.

GoogleI would like to thank Mr David Zavala who was the best Agent I've ever come across in London. He is an expert and highly qualified Professional who goes that extra mile to make the client on both sides HAPPY. He was capable to find a tenant to my flat in the middle of the lockdown in London in just few days and at the first view, loved it and made an offer. He knows exactly what his clients are looking for in the both sides and does not spend time going back and forward to take viewers, and save time on both sides. He knows that time is money so he does not waste anybody's time. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a property to rent or to sell in London.

GoogleHighly suggest to stay away from them if you want a hassle free business. Moved out nearly 2 months ago, and they still haven't returned the deposit or advised on deductions amount if any. Every time they advise that "someone will call you back" but noone ever does.

GoogleExceptionally professional company with great attention to detail. David Zavala, letting manager found a few tenants for my property in prime central London and I was able to chose the one who offered better terms. I 've got the asking price and 12 month payment upfront and a nice lady to live in my property. THEY ARE REALLY WORKING HARD TO FIND A CLIENT FOR YOUR PROPERY - NOT JUST ORDER TAKING.Highly recommended.

GoogleBreteuil did a great job at finding a wonderful flat for our family in a short time. Not only did Ms Léa from the Chelsea agency, facilitate the search, but she equally tracked appropriately all required actions to swiften the process and make it land.

GoogleLéa was very helpful in helping us find our first flat. She's transparent about the flat details and is always willing to answer any questions we have even past our move in date. Couldn't have asked for a better agent!

GoogleThe staff try to be extremely helpful but they have a serious issue with the tenants they find. I let my place out twice with them. The first tenant defaulted in payment, I lost circa 20 k in rent and cost to remove him. Second time I used them the tenants walked a way In the contract before moving in after signing.

GoogleThe best letting agent I've encountered in my 4 years of university life here in London! I would like to genuinely thank Mr. David Zavala for all of his efforts to find us an amazing flat and to make the whole process hassle-free.
