I have just completed my first purchase of a commercial property through Blue Alpine, via my SIPP. The whole process was made very smooth by Joseph, from questions I had before I submitted a formal offer, right through to completion and even now getting some additional assistance. I'd never brought a commercial property and thought I knew it all as have experiences in the buy to let residential market... However Joseph spent time explaining the difference's and way to navigate through with my SIPP provider and solicitor.
