Indispensable partners, the best in the business

We worked with Black Brick for over two years on our house search. Their support through this time was outstanding. They gave unwavering practical advice, saved us from making a terrible purchase, and kept us sane during a very trying house search and purchase process. Camilla, Tom and Alex were nothing but wonderfully supportive: absolutely on top of everything, and gave us outstanding advice. They helped us through at least two extremely serious purchase attempts until we finally landed a sale with an extremely belligerent and unreasonable seller. Anyone buying a high value house needs to recruit Black Brick to chaperone them through the process with outstanding professionalism, outstanding data driven advice, and a highly personal touch. Since I moved to London 10 years ago I have never ever had such a proactive, reliable and responsive property manager. It’s truly impressive how good Jason Wei is. I have contacted Jason in the late hours of the night and although I didn’t expected a response, he was on top of it asap. I can’t praise him enough. Every single issue we have come across, has been fixed in max maybe 1-2 days, most of the time on the same day. Can’t recommend him enough.

Efficient & definitely time saving

The experience was good because no time was wasted. We were asked criteria, they stuck to that criteria and showed us rental properties based on that. It was also a huge time saver for us to have them do the research and coordinator between all the different rental agencies to identify properties versus us spending time and talking to several people at a time. Also was good to have them involved till the process of signing of the lease to ensure that part went smoothly too.

Very reliable buyer's agent

Caspar at Black Brick was my buyer's agent. I do not live in the UK and didn't know how the UK real estate market works. Caspar made it easy and understandable. He listened very carefully to my needs and desires and subsequently he guided me through the whole process, explained what is going at the moment and what is coming. He is always easy to reach and ready to answer any questions or give the advice. And last but by no means least. He found me the property within less then 2 months and it was exactly what I wanted! Black Brick has been managing my home in London for the better part of five years. But for them, and their outstanding team led by Sophie, I would not be able to keep up with routine maintenace and management issues as a part time resident. Why do we keep coming back to Black Brick?

We have known Camilla Dell and her team of professionals for the past 11 years. They helped us with our first purchase in Prime Central London, and have done so too with two more properties. Why do we keep coming back to Black Brick? A few good reasons. They're exceptionally knowledgeable about the pulse of property, particularly in PCL. Black Brick's professional advice is fact-driven and spot-on accurate. Their ability to negotiate and source the right properties at the right price is superb. Without this skill, caveat emptor! Black Brick are honest and frank, they don't sell hype or push secondary agendas. What you see is what you get and they've been consistent like this for the 11 years we've dealt with them. Finally, they're just really pleasant people to deal with. Polite, responsive, friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending them and have written this review with pleasure.

Our experience finding, viewing, and purchasing a very special London flat was only possible thanks to the Black Brick team. We had a great experience working with Black Brick Property to find a rental apartment. Thomas Cope, who worked closely with us was prompt, attentive and conscious of our likes and dislikes. We were shown properties that were within our specifications which was efficient and time saving for all concerned. Being new to London, it was good to have someone who knows the housing market well enough to consolidate available properties from various rental agencies. It is not a stretch to say that Black Brick's Vacant Care and Property Management services, headed up by Sophie Amasha, allow us to sleep at night. The team's weekly visits to our London pied a terre, along with their detailed checklist of all systems in the flat, assure that all is well while we are at our primary residence many thousands of miles away. If issues arise, (leaks, wayward smoke alarms, etc.), Sophie hires experienced professionals to address them promptly and provides secure access to the apartment as well as excellent communication and follow-up. It would not be possible for us to own a second home in London without the experience, competence and professionalism of Black Brick's Vacant Care and Property Management service. The icing on the cake is that the individuals who help look after our flat are genuinely kind and lovely people who will stop at nothing to make sure we are happy and comfortable -- an extraordinary team providing extraordinary service.
