GoogleHaving a studio at Parkside Yards has been invaluable for the development of my practice. The building itself, its aspect, views, and incredible natural light, offers a sense of spaciousness that I deeply appreciate. As someone who struggles with feeling hemmed in, this environment feels like the complete opposite: open, calming, and expansive.
Iβve also really enjoyed the collaborations that have grown within The Green Quarter community. The space provides not only inspiration for my work, but a sense of peace and wellbeing that supports both my creativity and my business.

Trustpilot4.5/5 premium, but with minor flaws
Berkeley has a strong reputation for offering premium properties, and that is largely my experience with their Glasswater Locks project. Most aspects were delivered against the top standard. There were some minor flaws that stopped me from giving Berkeley a full five stars, however. The dishwasher door catches the plinth and makes noise when opening and closing, and the backing board under the bathroom sink was not fitted at the time of completion. Costumer service is responsive and keeps me updated throughout, but the dishwasher door issue has not been fully resolved. That said, the overall experience with Berkeley is great.

Woodberry Down is not safe! Crime is now so bad that walking outside puts you at risk of theft or stabbing, any time of day, any day. Even cars are being stolen from the street. Berkeley donβt care nor have they done anything to address the rising crime rates. Itβs not safe here anymore. The local gangs have also recently started entering the buildings, so we are not even safe inside. Where is the accountability?

Recently had the keys handover for my first apartment in Kidbrooke Village. Great service from viewing to completion, everyone in the sales team has been very helpful. They were professional and very responsive to my quiries. There were some issues found in the apartment but they got those sorted very quickly.

Berkeley homes are proposing to build an extremely large housing estate on Greenbelt in Bromley. The plans are out now and the houses and apartments are in the main cheap looking, featureless with large blocks of flats looking more like borstals of the olden days than homes. Very disappointed and not what I would have expected. It looks like materials are scarce as they were just after the war and the homes reflect this. I wouldnβt buy a Berkeley Home - they look cheap and nasty!

GoogleAnyone who wants to buy a property, please bear in mind
There are NO NEW PUBLIC or PRIVATE schools created, so you would have to make your child join a school which are in the southall area built in for the houses outside of the green quarter area
NO DOCTORS surgery created, again, you would be joining the surgery which is already allocated to people in the area BEFORE the flats were built
The green quarter have allowed homeowners to have dogs, so while you have a nice walk, please be catious of dog shit, and then in the flats, please have your headsets on due to the sound of dogs barking on each other or when you walk past them or if you are sitting at home watching TV, and then as soon as you step out of the permit of the green quarter, you then enter the main part of southall, with fly tipping of beds and junk and beer cans all over π, don't bother buying, ah yes, Ealing council have just bought a share of more properties so expect even MORE council tenants as your neighbour π

This builder is unethical and ridiculous. I bought a house in Hartland village and my transfer contract plan clearly states a part as our demise without any limitations. But they will ricdulously said it is not your demise and I cannot use that spot for come home improvements. They then use a terms that we need their approval over everything even if that it is unrelated to the demise reason. So basically you are only a rent tentnant under their unfair terms and their unprofessional staff that call a stag a horse. Dont buy from them and be cheated!

What they fail to tell you is that you are locked into using a single energy provider: With Energy. This isnβt just inconvenient, itβs outright monopolization. You donβt have the freedom to choose a provider that offers competitive rates or better service. Youβre stuck, plain and simple.To make matters worse, With Energy charges an absurd Β£2 per day as a standing charge. Thatβs over Β£700 a year before you even use a single unit of energy. Itβs completely unjustifiable and feels like daylight robbery. How is this even allowed? This ridiculous fee leaves you paying far more than necessary for basic utilities.Berkeley Group has essentially handed its customers over to an exploitative energy company, ensuring youβre forced into paying extortionate fees with no way out. It feels unethical and deceitful, especially since this critical information isnβt disclosed upfront during the buying process.If youβre considering buying a property from Berkeley Group, I urge you to dig deeper into this hidden trap before committing. The sales process is very focussed on cash buyers and there is pressure to complete purchases quickly. We needed to sell our existing property before we could proceed to completion. This inevitably took a few weeks - although was achieved quickly given the circumstances. Despite being aware of this the sales team were constantly presssing us for updates which we found very stressful.

I love how effective St. James has been in dealing with the issues I had regarding my apartment. The staff have been incredibly helpful and responsive, and the overall design and layout of the building are really nice. However, I think there could be some improvements in the concierge service. The trolleys aren't always working properly, and in a few instances, the staff were not very polite. Despite this, some staff members have been very helpful. The people there are also nice, making the overall experience positive with a friendly community and great amenities. So Iβm giving a solid 4 star!

The Berkeley team is really friendly but it's estate management team is rude, arrogant and borderline bullying. They have their own interpretation of the lease clauses and threaten to send penalty and charges for things they don't even discuss. Their tone of emails is aggressive and intimidating just like their staff. While Berkeley build great houses their estate partners are a let down.

Berkeley home has the worst after sales service. I bought an apartment at Carrara Tower, 250 city Road, London. There is a water leak in the ceiling of the apartment. It has been almost 2 years that they have not resolved my complaint . They are giving excuses one after another every month. I even reported the matter to NHBC but even they do not enforce any action against them . The water pours down at the time of heavy rain and is dangerous for the occupants and the apartment itself. Its been 2 years and their excuses are that the repair depends upon weather. A worst company to deal with. Will never recommend anyone to buy from Berkeley group
