We bought a house that was built by Berkeley home. It burnt down really fast because it was missing fire breaks in the walls. A report investigating found this out. Berkeley have tried to dodge this and have taken no responsibility. Google Worcester park fire, all the material is online. Do not trust this company!

Concierge like to go round taking pictures of peoples balconies just for having a couple bits of washing on their, even though we are in an energy and environmental crisis. Service charge is a rip off as well. Its not great. Don’t bother. Freehold> leasehold all the way.

The 24 hour emergency centre does not function. No one picks up the phone, even on Saturday non busy hours. I left message. No one called back. It was about water leak. The one who was in charge of emergency should be responsible.

GoogleNice area has plenty of new builds going up everywhere, has great shops to use for food and retail, the bars and clubs are of an better type no yobos, kept to a high standard of cleansing and maintained well, walk ways are clear and not broken up, the whole surrounding area is nice with plenty of places to relax

Do not buy from Berkeley. Lived in a flat in Worcester Park which burnt down in 20min. Berkeley initially admitted liability (staying they had let us down) but since the passing of Tony Pidgley they have made a U-turn and denying all. They build shoddy homes that are made to look nice.

Was a very pressured buying experience. When we eventually moved into our house 2 months later than planned, the house was half finished. 7 months (and counting) we're still waiting for major snags to be dealt with and we still don't have tarmacced road or street lights. Zero communication from the site team. Wouldn't recommend these amateurs.

On the first day of lockdown the bailiffs felled The Tree of The year, voted by Woodland Trust, The Happy Man Tree in East London. Berkley's destroyed other 60+ mature trees to clear space for development on this site. They first plan their layout and then destroy everything on it's way .Please look at thehappymantree.org

In the past 7 years, I have purchased properties from the Berkeley Group twice. I’m very satisfied with their products and services. They did pretty good and precessional jobs from Sales to Customer Care. All the building materials and appliances in the house are the best. I enjoy living in Berkeley’ house.
