Sales good, rubbish aftersales
Everything done by the sales team was good, but it was only good up until that point, once they have your money they don't really care anymore. Customer service response time is slower than the NHS. Though let's be honest, if you can afford one of these homes you should be able to afford to fix any problems that come with the home afterwards, right? Right??

£500m profits, but the Christmas tree didn’t make the cut.
Berkeley Homes has had a stellar year financially, yet at Royal Arsenal Riverside they couldn’t stretch to putting up this year’s Christmas tree. Festive cheer clearly didn’t pass the cost review.

A ZERO star for Berkeley!
A ZERO star would be appropriate for Berkeley Group. Living in Cassini tower is a NIGHTMARE so far. We’re living the worst experience of our lives! Poor finishing, lousy management, poorly installed appliances and the worst communication skills we’ve ever seen. We’ve been without running hot water for days with no explanation or justification of any sort. I would never deal with Berkeley again and certainly not recommend them to anyone.

We bought a lovely new flat on Highcroft Development in Wallingford. The whole process was superbly handled by the team. It’s a great place to live - not just a flat.

I just bought a property in Kingston
I just bought a property in Kingston. A lovely experience and a lovely apartment. I found the sales team very effective and professional. I would definitely recommend St. George's to any one who wants to buy an apartment. Reiss was very supportive in handling matters concerning the apartment I bought.

Excellent quality and outstanding services from Berkeley Home Cranleigh Team
The Sales Office gave detailed information about the property and provided necessary assistance during the purchase process. The customer services team also provided outstanding and prompt responses to my queries and concerns. The quality of the property is excellent with all high grade appliances.

Concerning criminal activity in the area; Security and management do not address or do anything about the growing issue. Residents are left to deal with the situation on their own.

House Held Together with Pritt Stick
I have been living in a Berkeley home since January 2019 from a new build and since then my roof has literally been slipping off three times since this date. The first time when we had winds the tiles just slid off. This was within the two year warranty period and Berkeley did arrange for this to be repaired. However, the second time it happened two years later I complained to them as the roof tiles literally just slipped off again and also this time causing a roof leak. To this they replied it was because I was living in a windy area?!! There are far more windy areas around the UK and in particular coastal regions where roofs do not just slip away every time there are some strong winds. So the third time in 4 years as I write this, loads of roof tiles have literally just slipped off crashing into the back garden and also smashing through my glass garden table. Not only is this causing stress with the cost of repairs if I can’t get this repaired through their Premier Guarantee but the danger to life having roof tiles just flying off as a blessing no one was actually standing there at the time. Now I wait again for the roof leaks that I only got repaired two years ago with no help at all from Berkeley Homes. The amount of money these houses cost does not reflect the shoddy build and zero customer service once they’ve grabbed your money.

Really positive experience purchasing a home with Berkeley Homes. Xian Deng was an incredible Customer Service Manager and the flats themselves are very well designed with quality finishings.

AVOID - poor homes and rude manager
Houses were built to poor standard, I have experienced no end of problems since moving in. When I raised this, Customer care manager was incredibly rude. Such a shame as their houses are not cheap. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I wish I could go back and avoid this dreadful company!!

Buying from them from Berkeley Homes as…
As a current leaseholder, I strongly urge prospective buyers to reconsider purchasing from Berkeley Homes based on my personal and genuine experience. The service charge for my two-bedroom flat in North London has more than doubled, from just over £3,000 in 2018 to over £6,000 within approximately six years.

Highly Recommended Developr
I recently had the pleasure of engaging with the Berkeley Group for a property investment, and I must say, the experience was exemplary. From start to finish, they demonstrated a commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. The communication throughout the process was outstanding. They kept me informed at every stage, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and efficiently. This level of transparency instilled confidence and made the entire journey smooth and stress-free.

Very good client team but Riseam Sharples Law is extremely unprofessional
Everything is good, especially the client management team. But, the recommended solicitor firm Riseam Sharples is a nightmare. They didn’t provide any ontime qualified service at all. Didn’t reply emails more than a month, after the exchange finished for two months, they sent an email to ask for all legal documents because they CANNOT find them.......

Exceptional service from start to finish
Great customer service right from the initial conversation through to post-completion. Special thanks to Rizwan Ahmed and Grace Wong for all the extra effort they put in. Exceptional work from both; I couldn't have wished for a better experience. I would definitely recommend buying a property with Berkeley.

Every inch of green space will soon be taken over by high rise buildings. A mix mesh of private / share ownership and social housing when I look out of my windows. I used to be able to see the green football pitch and 02 but now completely …

Specific on how they handle management fee
Their partnered management firm, Centrick has ridiculously raised the management fee. It was estimated of £485 per annum during legal completion. However, I was billed £1,215.4 and further revised to £850.5 per annum after huge reaction from the local community. Even £850.5 is a 75% increase from the estimation. Do we have inflation of 75%??? Berkeley should get involved because this makes Berkeley a suspect of providing incorrect information for the sales. They are selling a new built, which is 63% more expensive then my house, in same development advertising £689 per annum management fee. I'm not sure if all Berkeley development has same issue, however, this is an active dispute with Centrick at the moment.19 Oct - no feedback from Berkeley other than the fact that the relationship manager directed me to customer support....

Horlicks Quarter
I brought my apartment in Horlicks Quarter. Our full year service charge has increased by at least 11% from prior year. My apartment tends to be chilly, and the radiator doesn't seem very effective. Even at its highest setting, it fails to adequately warm up the room, particularly the living area where its heating capabilities are noticeably inadequate. Moreover, I often detect the scent of marijuana from my window, indicating that young individuals in the vicinity are smoking.Additionally, if someone occupies your parking spot, your options are limited. Parking elsewhere or seeking reserved parking from the concierge are possible solutions, but even they can't ensure you won't receive a parking ticket.
