GoogleI had the pleasure of buying a flat through Jamie Clark at Bennett Walden. I really appreciated his kind and friendly manner and his professionalism. I had spent a whole year looking and had met a lot of estate agents who told me all sorts of nonsense in order to sell a flat. Jamie on the other hand, with his honest and transparent approach, was a breath of fresh air and incredibly reassuring. When the flat I ended up buying came to market, Jamie let me know immediately, because he had shown me another flat before and knew that this was what I was looking for. I had my offer accepted, the conveyancing process was easy and went smoothly and Jamie was available for help throughout and answered all my questions along the way. Communication was always prompt and clear. From having my offer accepted to moving into my beautiful new home, it took less than three months! Highly recommended.

BW was the obvious choice for their hyper-local knowledge of London Fields and for their reputation - and they didn't let me down. Jamie was great to work with - up-front, honest and clear and none of the BS often associated with estate agents. Commission was lower than for other agents too. The offer came fast, and the turnaround time from offer to completion was just 10 weeks. Highly recommended if you're selling in London Fields.

GoogleWell we all know how stressful it can be trying to sell up and move on. But from the get go Jamie and the team at Bennett Walden of Hackney really helped make the whole process as smooth as can be.
Initially unsure if we were even selling up Jamie was able to explain the prevailing market and handling of the process to suit our needs. We were reassured by both his extensive knowledge of the market but also his excellent understanding of the house we were selling and it's appeal.
Calm and confident handling of the various interactions - buyers, solicitors, other agents in the chain - took away a lot of the stress from us. The whole team with the feeling he had our best interests at heart, ensuring we made the sale.
I can't recommend him and the team enough for anyone selling up in the area.
