GoogleThanks to the Belcor Team for the most effortlessly smooth sale of a commercial property, a beautiful warehouse in Shoreditch. The sale was exchanged and completed with the minimum of fuss at the full asking price in a matter of weeks. Another local agent undervalued the building by 350,000K so we were extremely happy to have appointed Belcor. They know the area well and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleBelcor helped me search for an office space for my business in early 2025. They were responsive, pro-active and provided us with all the information we needed. We were unable to complete on that particular office space but we will be using them again when the time is right. Joe, Ollie and Lucy are easy to work with and have an intimate knowledge of their product and patch.

Google100% Happy ! We've been in a leased office that Belcor look after for 2 years. Their service has been excellent throughout the period and importantly they have been fair and practical when it came to leaving the building which was a refreshing change from our last experience. It's a small team of people and you deal directly with the decision makers.
