GoogleThis review is for one of the greatest estate agents of all time. When my friend was selling his dad's property, a tricky and unique building, Qasim was our agent. All he wanted to do was his due diligence which as far as I could see was going above and beyond. His suit will never be the same again as he contended with the dusty crawlspace and the roof, even going up there in the pouring rain of a thunderstorm to show an intrepid viewer the importance of the backland site - and nearly dying on the way back to the rickety ladder. When our moving van broke down on the driveway he happened to be passing by after work and stopped to give us a jump. He's not just a credit to Barnard Marcus but to the local community as a whole. His respect for the property, making sure lights were turned off and inner doors were locked, was unforgettable.

GoogleTraveled an hour away from home for a scheduled viewing that could not happen, due to the flat being off the market since November 2021 (3 months). I believe I was mislead there to view the leftover inventory as I was booked for 3 other ground floor flats (that I never enquire to see), whilst the listing I enquired about clearly mentioned the flat #117 online (which is 4th floor). The ad was last updated March 3rd and still displayed erroneous information.
Called the employee in question and barely got an apology for the trouble, and the ad has not been updated since.
