GoogleAbsolutely excellent service from John and Wayne at the Archway branch of Bairstow Eves. They did so much to keep our sale on track when it nearly fell through on a number of occasions. They were quick to respond to us, communicating frequently over WhatsApp, email and phone. They worked incredibly hard, are reliable and trustworthy. There were several occasions where they went out of their way to get keys or pick up a signed legal document. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

GoogleFrom the outset Wayne Farmer's approach was so much more professional than the other 3 estate agents valuing my property. He was the only one who came prepared with details of similar properties in the area - advising why they sold quickly or were not selling. He advised about price per square footage and indicated where my expected sale price fell in terms of other properties in the area. He gave sound advice and was very methodical in his approach. I decided to go ahead with Bairstow Eves. As I was leaving the country the next day (no longer living int eh UK) another agent visited me at the premises, contract in hand, and, out of convenience, I went with that agency and advised Bairstow accordingly. I came to deeply regret this decision, as the other agency failed to disclose important info about my property, resulting in a sale falling through and legal expenses for me. It was at this point I contacted Wayne at Bairstow Eves again. I apologised for now having trusted my gut and signed the contract with him as planned but Wayne couldn't have been nicer. In the short time Bairstow Eves acted on my behalf (multi-agency, as the other agent was still on board) Wayne and Elysia arranged numerous viewings and held an open day to attract more interest in my property. They worked exceptionally well as a team, together with manager John. All details about viewings were input on the system so any member of the team could be up to date on interest or concerns. I received a text and/or email every time there was a viewing, assuring me that my flat was being marketed. The communication from Wayne and Elysia too was second to none. I as left in no doubt as to their proactive approach to selling my property. This was totally lacking with the other agency and I don't believe that there was any concerted effort to sell my flat. Due to an ongoing knotweed treatment plan on the property perimeter, Bairstow consulted with me about this and how they would advise the viewer and direct them to appropriate lenders. They even helpfully arranged a competitive mortgage interest rate for an interested buyer, beating that of his own broker, and ensuring that the lender stipulations were satisfied by my knotweed certified treatment plan and warranty period. Within the 3-4 weeks that Bairstow represented me, they were far more proactive than the other agent. I can't recommend Wayne enough for his earnest efforts, honesty and hard work. Bairstow were certainly the best agents for me (flat property within the 330-350k range in London). They never put in any less effort just because mine was not a high end property (unlike the other agency) and valued me as an individual customer, not just thinking of higher commission on a more expensive property. If Wayne is still in situ when I come to sell a property again I will definitely employ the service of Bairstow Eves. I

GoogleWould thoroughly recommend Bairstow Eves. Just completed on my sale with the Archway branch. The agent I dealt with was Wayne Farmer who is an absolute gem. Nothing was too much trouble for him. There was no request you could make that he wouldn't help with. Everything dealt with promptly and his knowledge seems to know no bounds. GoogleWayne Farmer was dealing with our sale. Wayne’s extensive experience was clear to see. I happened to being present during a viewing (I know, not advisable) and listening to Wayne sell the property was a pleasant surprise. He was not just showing the property, he was helping the prospective buyers see how they could live in the property. This was the polar opposite of other agents we had tried who would just walk people round with very little interaction.
I would not hesitate in recommending this branch to anyone who is thinking of trying to sell their property.

He is an excellent communicator and takes a lot of responsibility for communicating with the various parties involved. He is very detailed, for example I informed him of a relatively small detail that we then unexpectedly revisited 5 months later. Wayne had made notes and this proved to be extremely helpful.
