GoogleThe staff are very unprofessional and rude especially Sam. He booked us in for a viewing on a bank holiday in error and when WE realised the date and attempted to rearrange he did not bother to get back to us and the lady on the phone was not competent enough to rearrange it either. He then called me up again regarding another search and when I mentioned what had happened previously he rudely talked over me and offered no acknowledgement or apology for his error. When I double checked our new meeting time by asking"are we definitely on for tomorrow" he was very snarky and replied "oh you are very funny aren't you" I'm not but their customer service on the other hand IS a joke. It costs nothing to be polite and such a lack of respect is alarming. I feel sorry for whoever it is they are representing. Stay clear.
