GoogleWe had a great experience using Atlantic Estates to sell our flat. We sold and moved into our new home under 8 months of it being put up on Rightmove. Andri was warm, great, honest, helpful and responsive. She kept us in the loop and was easy to get a hold off right away which is sometimes rare! The whole experience was smooth and without stress. Really pleased with it all. We didn't think we would be able to sell that quickly so we are hugely appreciative. Highly recommend!

GoogleWhat a group of lovely people & a team of professionals to work with, who helped me sell my house. From start to finish, they were transparent, the communication was always updated, the support I received from Andri was 100% outstanding, simply the best. When stuff needed immediate responses, Andri & Jess were on it. They made the whole process so comfortable & stress free. From the moment we spoke with Enver we knew we had made they right choice of agent. We found the through a personal recommendation that we are ever so grateful for. Andri has been an absolute star from start to finish and has arranged everything is a clear, efficient, methodical, fast and friendly fashion and the ball isn’t even the right term. Everything from organising the property photos, EPC certificate, floor plans, property listing online all done for an amazing standard. The viewing was quickly filled up with would be buyers and we had 6 offers immediately! Andri perfectly engineered and positioned our property for £10k above the original asking price . We can’t thank you and your team enough including your office staff, broker and solicitor. GoogleEnver, well what can I say he has been excellent, articulate and very helpful during this time. He has kept us informed throughout every stage and has found my mother a nice property. I can’t thank him enough. He is also a very friendly agent and you can speak to him like he is a friend of yours and that goes a long way in his line of work. You will be in good hands whether you let your property through his agency or rent one through him.

GoogleAtlantic Estates handled, in November 2021, the letting of my flat, 12 Hartnell Court, Ballard Lane, London, N3 1LP. I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited and the quality of service rendered. An acceptable tenant was identified quickly and the paper work (including the background check) was done promptly. I have no reservation, whatsoever, in recommending the firm to potential clients in the Real Estate industry.
