As purchasers, we were extremely happy with the service we received from our estate agent Tony. He guided us through the entire process with patience and professionalism, especially as we were managing a rental remortgage alongside a purchase mortgage at the same time. What could have been a stressful and complex situation felt much more manageable thanks to his clear communication and supportive approach. He was always helpful, responsive, and willing to take the time to explain everything. We truly appreciated his support and would highly recommend this company. We intend to use Assure Move Estate agents for our rental also.

Tony and his team are very passionate about what they are doing. Their approach is indeed client oriented, viewing was arranged very shortly after our requests (something you dont really get from other estate agents). Fantastic estate agents! We have been renting in London for a while and have encountered many, MANY, unprofessional/untrustworthy estate agents. However, Luke and the team at Assure Move exceeded our expectations and helped us secure a property we love! The team are honest and trustworthy, and they made the whole process effortless! I would without a doubt recommend Assure Move to anyone who is looking for a property around London. Thanks again to Luke and the team for their time and energy - we really appreciate you!
