We can highly recommend Aleks, AS Property Avenue in London. We recently been looking for another property for our business and from the start, Aleks was an absolute pleasure to work with. Honest, straightforward, and professional, Aleks is everything you wish for in an estate agent. On the face of it our move seemed hassle free, but a complication made things take longer than anticipated. Aleks was patient, quick to reply and communicate with us, and played a key part in ensuring the issue was resolved to the satisfaction of all parties. Working with Aleksandra and the team at AS Property Avenue has been a great experience. From our initial meeting with Aleks, we were impressed by her enthusiasm and experience and we were excited to see how she and the team would market our property….and we were not disappointed! The photos, videos and social media content they produced were really fantastic and completely stood out in comparison to other ‘high street’ estate agents. They were approachable, efficient and always available. Having the dedicated single point of contact was a great advantage. Aleksandra was very proactive and over every detail of not just our sale but the whole chain, and even when things got a bit complicated, she was always available for advice and updates. We would recommend AS Property Avenue for anyone looking for a fresh approach to selling a property in today’s market.
