ART Surveyors London reviews

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that your review relates to an incident from several years ago and appreciate your perspective. If you remain as a tenant or have any other unresolved issues, we would be more than willing to discuss your concerns and work towards a resolution, and invite you to contact this office. Kind Regards. Alexander Reece Thomson LLP.

Dear Matt We appreciate your feedback, although we have no records or knowledge of you as a client of our firm, which is surprising given our long term relationships with most if not all our clients. We take our commitment to providing quality service seriously, and we are concerned about your experience. Upon reviewing your profile, we noticed that you have left one-star reviews for multiple companies which raises concerns about the authenticity of these reviews. Indeed, may of these companies have suggested your reviews may not be genuine, and/or that they too are unable to find your details. We are committed to addressing any issues or concerns of our clients, but it is essential to ensure the accuracy and fairness of all feedback. We would like to extend to you an invitation to contact our office so that we can better understand your circumstances and work together to resolve any potential concerns.
