My experience at AP- Living London was truly excellent. From the very beginning, the communication and contact procedures were handled in a highly professional and efficient manner. Every step was clearly explained, and the staff were consistently responsive, polite, and supportive. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and straightforward, making the entire stay completely stress-free. The property itself is in a lovely location right in the heart of Camden, which made it both convenient and vibrant. Everything you need is within easy reach, yet the accommodation still feels comfortable and well-managed. Overall, a very positive experience. I would absolutely recommend AP Living London to anyone looking for a well-organised, welcoming place to stay in Camden.

Rafael is very rude and unprofessional. When I sent in the offer form he didn’t tell me all the info I was supposed to provide so of course the whole thing kept getting delayed. And when I asked perfectly normal questions about whether the place was safe and legit, he turned it back on me with more questions. Can’t say how the rest of the company is, but this is definitely the kind of person you’d want to steer clear of if you don’t wanna waste your time.

I had a great experience with this agency. From day one, Albana was incredibly helpful in sorting out a few initial teething issues and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and settled. I would highly recommend AP Living London if what you looking for is ‘stress free’. Fayzeh has been extremely exceptional in handling the ongoing management of my property. She has been very responsive and helpful, ensuring everything is looked after very efficiently, she made sure to keep me up to date on everything which has put my mind at ease.

If you want an honest no-nonsense estate agent who you can trust completely then go for AP living London . I dealt with Shannon and She was so supportive from start to finish and always went the extra mile when required , especially when aspects of the process for myself became quite challenging . Charges a fair rate for an excellent service and is a human being too. Delivers what she promises.

Ryan at AP Living was extremely helpful during a difficult time, as I had just separated from my partner and needed to move out. He explained the whole process clearly, communicated promptly, and was always honest and straightforward. His support made a stressful situation much easier to handle. AP Living was a great agency. We needed a place right away and they were specially quick in delivering the information, and setting everything up upon our arrival. The property was in very high demand and the landlord made the decision to only proceed with applicants who had viewed the property in person. Unfortunately, an offer was received and accepted before you were able to attend a viewing, and the landlord chose to move forward with that applicant. We do apologies that you didn’t receive a timely update and for the inconvenience this caused. Your comments have been noted and we’ll be reviewing our communication process to ensure applicants are kept informed more promptly going forward.
