GoogleMy process was not the most straightforward but Andrews did a good job in some challenging circumstances and worked really hard. And although we had some bumps on the road early in the process, Andrews really listened to my feedback, made adjustments quickly and put everything back on track in no time. After these adjustments I had a very good experience with them and they helped me a lot to push the deal through and reach completion so I’m grateful to their team.

So the person responsible and lead incompetent is going to deal with a complaint- we'll done. When we met to discuss the debacle you were mute and failed mention arrangements had been made despite a direct enquiry. You have caused us financial hardship.BE VERY WARY of contracting with them.
Now that you have advised the complaint relates to the Branch Manager, we have asked the relevant Regional Manager to investigate and respond to your complaint. This process is also being overseen by our central customer service team.

I have dealt with Andrews Barnet for over 20 years. In all that time I have received a very professional service.Our main dealings have been with Tara Darling who has certainly improved our things since her promotion to managing the Barnet Branch.Its a pleasant experience dealing with this company and it's good to know that through their constant training programme our interests will be protected and we will not fall foul of any regulations.
