GoogleJo and Andrew provided an excellent service on our property purchase. They negotiated a clear timeline with both parties from the outset so everybody agreed and were very responsive to ensure that the agreed timings were met. Expertly managed and always very friendly.

The Trusted AgentEasily the best Chiswick estate agents
Extremely efficient agents with friendly staff who always promptly return your communications. Their letting staff have always obtained quicker, good quality applicants than all other agents. They also provide comprehensive checks of applicants and have fairer fee conditions. Would highly recommend them to any landlords.

GoogleBrilliant on check in, but useless on check out. My landlord has charged me £200 for cleaning on check out without providing any evidence or check out report and they never said a word. Be aware!

GoogleI’d have extreme concerns if I were using Andrew Nunn to sell my property. I’ve left two messages and sent an email and have had no response in over a week. Utterly abysmal. Avoid.

GoogleTo his credit, a sales associate was very quick in rectifying a case of miscommunication. And unlike big chain they don’t spam buyers with a large volume of irrelevant listings.
