I had a fantastic experience with the team at Amanda Roberts. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. Buying/selling a property can be stressful, but they made everything feel smooth and manageable. Communication was excellent, I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. Jake was very professional and polite throughout. The teams knowledge of the local market was impressive, and they provided honest, helpful advice that really made a difference. What stood out most was their dedication and personal approach. I could not have been more happy with the service that I received from Tony Steer and his assistant, Jake. Selling a house that has been in the family for generations is not easy but Tony was extremely polite, courteous and empathetic throughout our dealings. I found him knowledgeable, wise, diplomatic and efficient and I was extremely grateful for his help in sorting out a last-minute hitch. I would thoroughly recommend Amanda Roberts if you're looking for an estate agent that offers a 5 star service.

We used Amanda Roberts to sell our property. I must say their handling of it was first class. There was always someone who accompanied the viewers and they treated our house with the upmost respect. They arrived before the viewers removed their shoes and made sure the viewers did the same. They are very professional, always smartly dressed and made sure that we did not feel uncomfortable in our own home. The feed back was always given to us and helpful advice along the way. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Currently renting through Amanda Roberts, it's still early days but found the team to be really helpful throughout the process even during the dreaded holiday period. I initially viewed with Jake and largely dealt with him throughout, I found him very diligent and a pleasure to deal with during, what is typically, quite a stressful process! Faultless from beginning to end. We had the most amazing experience with Amanda Roberts, starting with the evaluation where Tony appraised us a full £65,000 higher than Churchills and Roselyn's. Yes, you heard that right! We didn't know if Tony was high-balling to get the contract, or if the other two were low-balling to get a quick sale, but what we did know was that Tony had such a positive attitude to our fixer-upper, whereas the other two were constantly running down the neighbourhood and finding negatives about the house. Tony then found us a buyer *the next day*, and we accepted an offer £25,000 under asking price. Tony was incredible throughout, always keeping us informed of developments, and always there to help. The sale went through today and we could not be happier. We will definitely be using this company again if the need ever arises.

They sold us a house as chain free and once we got our mortgage offer committed paid all the solicitor fees started searches the owner changed her mind and changed to a chain one. During the whole process i say 3 months i kept calling asking for progress i was left clueless i would say it is the most unprofessional agency with un qualified people running it! Avoid. I will Never ever use them or their services .
