GoogleHave only got positive things to say about Alter & Cope and in particular Antony. I was a first-timer buyer and really appreciated the support I got throughout the process. Especially as it took longer than expected on the solicitor side of things, he was always responsive, pushed to keep things moving, and has even been really helpful post completion. Highly recommend!

GoogleTalking to customers who want to viewing the house is very disrespectful and rude. We want to make an appointment to view the house before deciding to buy, not that after seeing it we have to buy. I called and told them: I want to make an appointment to see the house and they immediately replied: Do you think you can buy it, can you afford to buy it, if not, then it will save both of our time.

GoogleWe were recommended Alter & Cope by a friend, and from the very beginning, they have been a pleasure to work with Antony and Lee. Both are very hands-on and highly responsive. During our initial meeting, Antony clearly explained their plan and the steps involved, including how they handle screening and shortlisting tenants before arranging viewings, as well as managing post-tenancy matters. This made the whole process much less stressful and easier to manage. All in all, it’s been a really positive experience, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful agent.

GoogleLee Alter recently helped me with finding my apartment in London recently and I would definitely recommend him & his overall agency to everyone. The overall experience was extremely delightful and surprisingly smooth. Lee was always available and prompt to respond to any queries. Most importantly, he delivered on all the promises and made my transition process to the new apartment incredibly smooth. He went out of his way to make sure the apartment is in pristine condition before my moving date. I’ve been residing in my new apartment since a week now and I have had no issues whatsoever. Thanks for all the support to Lee and his agency - I would definitely use their services in case I need to find an apartment again in the future!

As you can imagine moving homes is very stressful and both of them took away the stress and dealt with all communications on our behalf. GoogleIt was such a pleasant experience working with Lee and Antony. Throughout my tenancy, from the very beginning that started with apartment viewing till the end when I moved out of the place, they have been always helpful, efficient, and transparent about everything. Here are what I like the most about working with them: - Move-in date was flexible. Usually, landlords and agencies pick the 1st of a calendar month. However, for me I needed to move in asap back then so they were ok with making the tenancy start date not falling on the 1st. - Maintenance issues around the house got fixed quickly and efficiently. Moving across the ocean by myself and trying to find a place to stay in London wasn't necessarily a fun experience, but they have made it much easier and manageable for me, and I'm thankful for that. I totally recommend them and hope their business continues to flourish in the coming years.

He’s the most responsive estate agent I’ve ever seen and you don’t often see this kind of efficiency. He did a great job getting every detail of the property I wanted and needed. GoogleGenuinely the most awful experience with an estate agents I've ever had. Attempted to sell us a property, but clearly had no interest in doing so whatsoever and tried to string us along for months. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Dear Desai, We are saddened to read your review as our intention truly was genuine. You were made aware during your viewing, and again at the offer stage, that there was going to be an onward purchase which the sale depended on. You were kept up to date with progress and were subsequently informed that an onward property could not be sourced and, as such, the property you were interested in was taken off the market. As a commitment to you, when your offer was accepted, we marked the property as 'Sold STC'. We were all disappointed that the proposed sale could not go ahead. Unfortunately scenarios like this can happen when purchasing and selling property. We are sorry you feel this way but we do think your comments are unfair.
