TrustpilotThoroughly recommend!
I thoroughly recommend Alliance London for finding a rental property in London! The process was incredibly smooth thanks to Viktorija, who showed us around the flat and organised the contract. All questions were always instantly answered and the entire experience felt very easy. We are very pleased with the property itself and can thus confidently recommend Alliance London to anyone who asks!

They were incredibly efficient and responsive, both over email and on the phone. Super helpful, especially with explaining what proper procedures and best options were under tight time constraints. Viktorija was a major help throughout the whole process!

TrustpilotOutstanding Service - Truly first class
Absolutely amazing help and support from the Limehouse team which was a game changer as an overseas landlord. No problem was too big or small in turning around a property within a 6 day timeframe. Massive thanks to Anna and Viktorija - absolute superstars!

TrustpilotGreat Experience
Outstanding service from start to finish. My agent Viktorjia Taraskeviciute, went above and beyond to help us arrange our documents, and her market knowledge, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. I would like to recommend Alliance London to anyone who is buying, selling, or renting a property.

TrustpilotSmooth property search, minor filter quirks
Alliance London's website made browsing listings genuinely easy. Marcus here, based in CA looking at London investment properties. The neighbourhood filters could use a bit of refining, but nothing that slowed me down much.

TrustpilotReturns handled quickly and without fuss
Sent back a dress in early March and had my refund within four days. Simple process, no chasing needed. Just wish the label was prepaid.

FacebookI had all the problems you can imagine with this agency. I could list all of them here but that would be too long. I would recommend you to avoid if you can. If you cannot avoid be sure to be legally prepared and have everything planned with them saved as proof. (e-mails, letters, etc). I would give zero stars if possible.

I was a tenant in the property managed by Alliance London agency. Unlike the previous agency who managed the property they proved to be very professional, reasonable and polite. I would recommend them to both tenants and landlord.

FacebookLied about leasehold period of property, only uncovered in review, when a lot of money was already sunk. In general, will become unresponsive once offer is accepted, typical paper pusher, no value add contribution.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
