View AgentsAppalling agency!
My tenant pays the rent regularly before it's due but agency insists on delaying payment despite my repeat complaints! Will be looking for another agency and definitely wouldn't recommend it

Dear Amir, I have checked our records and we do not have a client with this name on our system. I have to wonder if this post is by a competing agent seeking to tarnish our name? I have checked with my colleagues and no one recognised the situation you portray? As a general rule we turn around rental income to our clients within 24 hours despite the terms of our contract allowing a 7 day turn around. We do not have any genuine clients in the situation that you seek to portray.

I would not hesitate in recommending ABC as an agent, they took over the management of the rental flat we reside in and I have found them on any occasion I have needed them (even on an emergency out of hours) to be really helpful, approachable and a pleasure to deal with.

View AgentsSold with the minimum of fuss!
My property was sold with the minimum of fuss. One of ABC’s sales team accompanied on every viewing, meaning that I had nothing to do except say “yes” when they presented me with a very good offer after only few days of putting my house on the market.
