GoogleWe recently worked with Raj and Karam from Akai Homes for both the sale of our property and the purchase of a new one, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their support throughout the entire process.
From the very beginning, Raj and Karam were incredibly attentive and kind. They took the time to understand our needs, were always available to answer questions, no matter how big or small, and guided us through each step with patience and care.
Their professionalism was matched by a genuine warmth that made what can often be a stressful experience feel manageable. Whether it was arranging viewings, answering queries, or simply being there when we needed reassurance, they never missed a beat.
What truly stood out was their consistent presence and willingness to help. We always felt like we were in good hands, and that made all the difference.
Thank you, Raj and Karam, for going above and beyond. We wholeheartedly recommend Akai Homes to anyone looking for trusted, kind, and hardworking agents.
Lots of Love,
The Scallys xx

GoogleWe purchased our property via Akai Homes and the experience of them was great throughout. There were challenging points along the way which Akai Homes dealt with very efficiently and professionally and we always felt they were by our side in each situation we faced. They were also very quick to make sure each party in the transaction was on track to complete the sale at the time we needed to complete and they generally made the process as smooth as it could have been!

GoogleI've choose Akai Homes as I wanted professional support to buy my first house. Karam and Raj were always helpful, finding out what was happening when my deal seemed to be faltering and they were key in communication between the legal teams. Karam was active in getting everything back on track when the process had stalled and Raj was confident and professional on the viewings. Thanks Karam and Raj.
