My experience of renting a property through AK247 Homes has been extremely positive, and both Frannie and Amy, who assisted me throughout the process, have been amazing. In particular, I have to give special praise to Amy, with whom I had most of my dealings. Despite clearly being very busy with other clients, she has always been extremely responsive, perfectly organised, very polite, and consistently made sure that everything stayed on track. Most importantly, I always had the feeling that she genuinely cared about helping me, which is something I honestly cannot say about the majority of London estate agents I have dealt with in the past. To briefly illustrate the level of service - on Thursday evening at around 7pm, I submitted an online request to view a property I had found online. At 2am on Friday, I received an email from AK247 (Kelly) letting me know that they would contact me in the morning. At 8am, I received a call from Frannie offering me a viewing, and by 11am I was able to see the property. The whole process continued in much the same way, efficient, well organised, responsive and, above all, genuinely helpful. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending AK247 Homes and would happily use them again in the future.

I’ve had a great experience with this letting agency from start to finish. The move-in process was straightforward, and the team was professional, friendly, and always happy to help. They kept me updated throughout the process and responded quickly to any questions I had. The property was clean and well prepared when I moved in, which made settling in really easy. Not surprised they already have one star review. Unfortunately, my experience with AK247 Estate Agents has been deeply frustrating. Despite being the designated management agent, they fail to manage the property effectively, often neglecting key responsibilities. Their communication is consistently poor, leading to misunderstandings that escalate rather than resolve issues. Instead of de-escalating conflicts, a fundamental skill in property management, they seem to fuel them, causing unnecessary stress for tenants and property owners alike. Adding to the frustration, they do not provide a 24-hour emergency contact number, leaving tenants without a reliable way to address urgent issues. When it comes to repairs, they take weeks to respond, making even simple maintenance tasks unnecessarily drawn out. If you're considering working with them, I would urge you to proceed with caution. A management company should bring clarity and stability, not confusion and conflict.

Professionalism: 0 Responsibility: 0 Communication: 0 Without a doubt, this is the most careless and unresponsive letting agency I have dealt with in the UK. They show little to no interest in dealing with problems affecting the property. Every issue turns into a long, frustrating process, and you’re left to chase them instead of receiving support. It is simply a waste of time. Based on my own experience, I would never recommend this agency to anyone. Even if they offered you a beautiful property at an incredible price, I would still advise you to stay away. If they struggle to deal with even the smallest issue in a property, I don’t even want to imagine how they handle anything more serious.

They are incredibly rude, completely ignore your emails, and never properly address any maintenance issues raised during the tenancy. Once we moved out, they tried to wrongfully deduct £310 for pre-existing scratches and minor cleaning that were already documented on our move-in report. They ignored our evidence and pushed it to the DPS anyway. We only got our full refund because we fought them through the deposit scheme. If you do end up with them, document absolutely everything on day one or they will try to scam you, or even better avoid them!
