His advice and guidance helped us to manage a difficult situation with a complicated leasehold on our flat. The result was very successful, selling at asking price in a challenging market. We are sure this would not have happened without his calm approach and expertise. He also did an excellent job managing the buyer’s questions and concerns with the outcome that both parties were very satisfied.
Christian also acted as buyer’s agent in the purchase of our new house. His advice and guidance resulted in a successful outcome for us during the bidding process despite there being multiple bidders and ours not being the highest offer. He also managed much of the administration of the buying process helping make the purchase easier and stress free.

Everyone who has bought or sold a home knows it's a really personal and often stressful process. Christian is quite unique in the usually cut-throat corporate world of estate agency - firstly he is a genuine fan of architecture and homes and secondly he is a genuine and empathetic person.
He's the only agent I've met that I feel really 'got' our house, and us. He took real care in photographing and writing about our house and positioning it in the right way. It was reassuring knowing that Christian was always the person who would be showing people round the house so nothing got lost in translation (unlike other big agencies who often send a range of junior agents who have no knowledge of the property).
Most crucially we felt we could really trust him. The sale of our house ended up being a long and winding road and Christian remained open, honest and pragmatic throughout.
