GoogleHighly unprofessional. I viewed a house with their agent Raymond and made an offer immediately after getting the offer form. Didnt received any response from their side, had to chase them twice only then they came back asking to increase the offer. I increased the offer and asked to present revised offer to the landlord but never received any response from their side despite passage of few weeks. I understand that the landlord might have accepted another offer or didn't wanted to accept mine but the agency should have courtesy to at least inform the prospective tenant about the status rather than blankly ignoring them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI rented a flat via Abby Properties and stayed in that flat for around 2 years. It was an amazing experience. They are very professional and always resolved my queries and property maintenance related issues within 3-4 days.
They are fully automated from rent payments to property management issues. Best part is you can report property related issues on their website under maintenace section and they will check if it's tenant's responsibility or owner's responsibility and accordingly they will fix the issue within 3-4 working days. They always act neutral to tenant and owner and always makes fair decisions.
My experience with Abby Properties was awesome and I would like to recommend them to my friends.

GoogleI live in a flat under an Abby Properties let - on 30th Dec we came home to find water damage and a leak. Knowing the tenant we got in contact with them to find they were out of the country for 3 weeks so they tried contacting the agency only to find them off for Christmas with no emergency number. We ended up having to turn the water off to the upstairs flat just to stop the water coming through.
Since then I have called Abby Properties 5 times to get updates and insurance information

GoogleHuge disappointment. We paid holding deposit, everything was okey. One week after payment our agent told us to send him bank account number to return our money back. Came out that they didn’t took apartment off the market. Other agent was still showing our flat. They took holding deposit from other people. In one week from the payment they told us that it is not possible to sign a form, because other people have paid holding deposit and they are interested. I have no idea why this agency still exist. I feel discriminated. I have no idea why other people have more privileges than others. We were first and we did everything right! They were not able to take two holding deposits for the same flat! They broke the law and they do not care about it. They also wanted us to pay for a transfer with our refund. It wasn’t our fault that they are unprofessional. :(
They told us that manager will contact us by the following day. Now it is one week later and I still didn’t receive a call.
